About the Founder
Thomas Vorpahl, originally from Germany, has spent over three decades in the manufacturing industry. With a background in engineering and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, he began his journey with limited resources but a clear vision of what he wanted to build.
In 2007, Thomas moved to China to start his first company. Through grit, focus, and deep industry insight, he grew that venture into a respected international supplier, ultimately leading to a successful exit in 2019.
His path from modest beginnings to global success is marked by resilience, adaptability, and a deep understanding of industrial production. Timatso is the next chapter in that story - a company built not just on experience, but on the values and lessons earned along the way.

General Requirements for All Positions

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Mechanical Engineer: Technical support, process optimization, and design implementation in production.
